Showed up around 1330 with reservations, when we went to our room was told it wasn't ready yet, they'd call us "later" when it was, and just to leave our bags in the unmanned, unlocked office. We ended up going back around 3/4 an hour later after no call to find our room empty of service personnel, so we moved in. Pretty standard room, couple beds, towels, soap, water, microwave, minifridge. Nice shared deck down the outside hall overlooking the channel. Decent prices for Sitka. Pretty clean. Did have a request for an iron (fairly standard in my experience). Again, told they'd "get back with us", never heard another thing. In check-out, had made sure about a late check-out because of flight times. Told we had to vacate in the morning anyways, but we could leave bags in the aforementioned office. Nothing stolen in the end as far as we know, so I guess all good? Customer service was amazing! Rooms were clean! Couldn't of asked for a better experience! Made you feel like you were family! Anything that we needed help with. They would be right there. This will be the only place I stay when I need a room in Sitka. Also, great location. Easy to walk to anywhere downtown. Right on the water!!! Great place to stay in Sitka. Clean rooms and outstanding customer service. Spent two nights here while in town for youth sports and am glad we picked the Longliner. Right on water with great view and easy walk to downtown. Thank you for the great stay. Fantastic rooms! Friendly people! I wouldn't stay anywhere else in Sitka!
