Excellent customer service. Our AC unit was broken in our room. When we mentioned it to front desk they quickly came up to look at the unit. Unfortunately it couldn't be fixed. They offered to move us to a different room, but we had already settled in to our current room. We asked if they at least had a window fan. They did not. Later that day we came back and they had bought a fan for us to use in our room. All the employees are always friendly and quick to say hello. As far amenities there are very few things like restaurants or pool. That's ok because there are so many places to eat within walking distance and so many things to do. I would definitely stay here again. Minus the convicted drug dealer running the place, its seems to be a nice, new place. Very unorganized, but new. I would stay again. Best place to stay in Sitka!!!
