It's alright. Got good service, just the products are limited and occasionally broken, or nearly broken. Regardless, I am glad they sell NIntendo Eshop cards. 3 stars. This place is terrible. I went in to get passport pictures taken, the post office wouldn't accept them because they aren't lined up correctly. The sales associate and manager both blamed the lady at the post office and refused to give me a refund. On top of that, they were very rude. I've also heard horror stories from other customers of there as well. Go to Harry Race Photo if you need passport pictures in Sitka! Very disappointed. My husband just bought a part that was broken. He took it right back to the store and they said he must have broken it on the way home and would not replace it or refund his money. The only reason to come to town of Sitka is to Visit Radio Shack! People Travel thousands miles around the world just visit this Location!!
